Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:1. I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request at my discretion. I will not accept commissions involving hate speech, discrimination, harassment, political propaganda, or excessively controversial content.2.1. Primary payment method: PayPal2.2. In select cases, I may accept alternative compensation such as art trades, Discord Nitro gifts, or Steam gift cards.3.1. Before beginning your commission, I will notify you of your spot on the waitlist and give you an estimated turnaround time (TAT).3.2 Please refrain from asking for constant updates during the agreed TAT window unless strictly necessary. I will proactively update you on major milestones.3.3 : If an unexpected delay occurs and the TAT must be extended, I will inform you immediately. If the delay exceeds a reasonable timeframe and you prefer not to wait, you are entitled to cancel the commission and receive a 100% full refund.4. Full payment is required once you approve the sketch/base. Once payment clears via PayPal, I will proceed to lineart, coloring, and final rendering.5. Minor adjustments during the sketch phase are free. Major revisions or complete redos requested after the sketch is approved may incur an additional fee.6. No refunds will be issued once the base/sketch is approved, except in cases of major artist delays or extreme emergencies.7. Commissions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.8. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.9. My artwork may never be used for AI training datasets, scraping, or minted as an NFT.10. I reserve the right to display the finished piece, watermarked, in my portfolio and across my social media (unless private terms are requested in advance).
